Akcentuotina, kad laikinojo saugojimo tinkamo vykdymo užtikrinimo tikslais muitų teisės aktai nustato konkrečius griežtus bei imperatyvius reikalavimus, kurių nesilaikymas gali užtraukti administracinę atsakomybę.
