ICP – Internal Compliance Program is mandatory in the EU for companies trading in dual-use or military goods. However, compliance with customs and export control regulations is crucial for all companies to minimise the risk of fatal legal, financial, and/or reputational damage. In this video, which was a part of the webinar "Export control and sanctions – day-to-day management", we provide a brief overview of the key elements of an ICP.
