Visos Europos ir Viduržemio jūros regiono (PEM) lengvatinių kilmės taisyklių taikymo pasikeitimai nuo 2021 rugsėjo 1 d.

PEM konvencijos susitariančiosios šalys susitarė dėl pereinamojo laikotarpio taisyklių taikymo kol bus pradėta taikyti modernizuota PEM konvencija. Ūkio subjektams tai atveria galimybę naudotis pasirinktinai PEM konvencijos arba pereinamojo laikotarpio lengvatinės kilmės taisyklėmis. Pastarosios yra supaprastintos, lankstesnės. Apžvelkime šią naują galimybę.
