Teismų ir muitinės veiklos praktikoje, taikant šią nuostatą ir nustatant šio administracinio nusižengimo padarymą, dažnai kyla klausimų, kokių konkrečių reikalavimų ir juos nustatančių normų pažeidimas užtraukia atsakomybę pagal minėtą ANK straipsnį. Šiame straipsnyje, nagrinėjant aktualią teismų praktiką, apžvelgiami ANK 215 straipsnio 2 dalies nuostatų praktinio taikymo ypatumai bei nagrinėjama kokie veiksmai (ir kada) laikytini veiklos muitinės sandėliuose pažeidimais.
