On the platform you will find all the articles published starting from the first issue in November 2012.

UAB “A” parduoda muitinės sandėlyje laikomas ne Sąjungos statuso prekes UAB “B”. UAB “B” šias prekes išgabena į trečiąsias šalis. Ar UAB ”A” išrašydama prekių pardavimo sąskaitą gali taikyti … 0 proc. PVM tarifą? Atsakydami į klausimą pateikiame VMI išaiškinimą.

Parduodame prekes į ES teritorijas, į kurias prekės gabenamos konteineriuose laivu. Pirkėjai ne visuomet nurodo, kokio dokumento jiems reikia – T2L ar T2LF. Kokiais atvejais naudojamas T2L, kokiais … T2LF dokumentas? Koks apskritai šių dokumentų vaidmuo?
