This video is Part 3 of Lesson 7 'TIR procedure' of Transit module - one of the 21 modules of the extensive 'Customs Clearance and Trade Compliance in the EU course'. In other parts of the Lesson 7 we answer the question ‘How does the TIR procedure work?’, overview the roles of the various stakeholders, and the five pillars of the TIR system.
