Restrictions on imports and exports of agricultural products
Imports and exports of certain agricultural products are restricted. Imports of the following products are restricted: rice, sugar, seeds of hemp grown for fibre, flax and hemp grown for fibre, fruit, and vegetables, processed fruit and vegetables, seeds of hemp grown for fibre which are not intended for sowing, ethyl alcohol of agricultural origin. Export restrictions apply only to rice and sugar.
The list of products can be found in Regulation (EU) No 1308/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 December 2013 establishing a common organisation of the markets in agricultural products.
